Casual fit (hint of Leopard)

So Spring is almost here and the days are longer and brighter. Yesterday was so bright and sunny but a little windy too. As much as I wanted to wear a colorful dress, It was a little too windy and still a little chilly. So this crop sweatshirt from Pacsun was a perfect fit. They are warm enough for a chilly day. The hint of leopard on it is what makes the whole outfit fun. The high rise skinny  also makes a perfect match as the sweatshirt I am wearing is not as long. Since the weather has started to look better, I cant wait for the spring to be here already. One more week. :)

Stripes, Tweed and a pop of Red

 I dont know if you all have noticed yet that one of my  fav colors is red. When my entire outfit is subtle and not too colorful I always end of adding a pop of color or a print to make the look a little brighter and dramatic. My go to color is red and print is animal or leopard. This is a very simple look but this red Semla Michael kors adds a perfect pop and  brightness to this outfit. Its starting to feel so much like Spring. I hope you all have a great weekend.

Chunky Knit and Top Knot

  

 

Chunky Sweater, one winter piece all of us have in our closet but quite hesitant to wear them out. Why? Because the fear of looking chunky and big is always there. I like to wear mine with skinny jeans/jeggings/leggings, tucked in loosely. It gives you a very simple outfit which works for weekend lunch dates with friends/family and also could be a good casual work outfit.
It can also be worn with pencil skirts and some patterned jeans. Chunky knitwear doesnt always make you look chunky and big on the upper body, you just have to find a right bottom.

Faux Fur Fashion

Faux Fur coat/jacket is definitely an essential when we talk about autumn/winter must haves list. They don't only look fancy and stylish but they are also very cozy at the same time. I am really happy with this investment of mine because the versatility this coat carries is amazing. If you want to incorporate this coat in a night out look just put on a little black dress with a sexy stiletto and Voila!!! No efforts needed it gives you that simple, classy and elegant look. Here I tried to put on a very casual street style look together. The faux leather leggings and sweatshirt takes the outfit to the cool, effortless level. A statement necklace adds a spark.

Bargain Shopping

just a quick post of the outfit I wore out shopping. I have to tell you that I have fell in love with the oxford I am wearing, its by Cole Haan and I was blown away by the price tag on this beauty. It was $39.99 at TJ Max. The reg price on Cole Haan Oxford is over $100 so this is one hell of a deal. Its not just the shoes I am wearing here the shorts and the ti-shirt is  also a super SCORE . You wont believe how much I paid for them on Memorial day sale at JC Penny. Trust me when i say it cost me less than 5 bucks haahaha, now isnt that the sweetest deal ever?  I love how TJ Max has so many cute and trendy designer stuffs all in pretty reasonable price. :)

I believe in bargain shopping and i really dont think that you need to be broke to be a fashionista. You can still look chic and fab with bargain deals if you know how to mix and match :)

Rocker Chic

I have had this crop fringed tank top from last year. I like wearing it with shorts and denim and I have even paired it with my long maxi skirt. No matter what you pair this top with it instantly gives a whole different look to your outfit. Perfect for summer since its very light and loose. This I would call a very keeping it simple, minimalist look. Another outfit that does not require a lot of thinking. Its super nice outside and since I have working really hard at the gym lately I thought I deserve a froyo, went to get froyo in this rocker chic outfit ;) ;) hope you all are having a good day.

Mak Prak , youngest member of our family. He is mixture  of French Bulldog with Boston Terrier, but we still dont know where he gets that long tail from since both breeds dont have tails.
