Casual Chic (laced up in Boyfriend denim)

These pictures were taken two weeks back. Finally managed to spare some time to update a new post.  The boyfriend jeans I am wearing here is almost 2 years old, but nothing like the worn out pair of jeans. Its super comfy plus still looks almost new. Needless to say I have gained few lbs in last 7,8 months. this jeans I am wearing here was literally boyfriend jeans for me, baggy and (the type boyfriends hate) LOL. It fits me much better now. Paired it with a very simple tank top and since the outfit itself is very casual and simple I added multicolored clutch and lace up heels with flower prints to add a lil drama to the outfit.

This outfit pic was taken few weeks back when the weather was on 60s. First week of spring and it is still cold here in Ohio. I would  do anything to be somewhere warmer right now so I could actually dress up Spring appropriate instead of wintery clothes.

9 to 5 Chic

wore this stripe dress to work today because the weather was really nice after weeks of snow. It wasnot that warm to dare bare legs so I had to wear  sheer black tights underneath. This dress i found at HnM is a big Score, since Spring is almost here I cant wait to wear it with bare legs and nude pumps. This is one of the dresses that could be 9 to 5 chic and add a nice mobo jacket and a clutch you are ready for Happy Hours with your girlfriends after work.

Sock Bun and a chunky Knitwear

Just one of those lazy days, when you dont feel like playing dress up. Put ur hair up make a sock bun, put on ur oversized knit wear and a skirt and leave the house. Its too cold to even want to go out. Hope you all are keeping yourself warm :)

Stripes

I came to a realization today that I have quite decent collection of blazers. This striped one happens to be one of my favorites. Pair it up with Jeans or a shorts or a dress or a skirt, its always look so chic and nice. What i love the most about this blazer is the puffed shoulder. Stripes is one of the timeless pattern that u can invest on, be it a dress or a shirt or a blazer.
